- How to choose
- The first decision is the heat source — gas or electric — because it depends on what can actually be connected on site. The second is efficiency: at equal capacity, real consumption and insulation differentiate two machines far more than their purchase price.
- Integration
- An oven is never chosen alone: its footprint dictates the extraction you must provide, its power requires a dedicated supply, and its opening sets the height of the work table that precedes it. Checking those three points before ordering avoids rework after delivery.
Common question — Are there still restrictions on energy and refrigerants?
Yes, and they move. Energy-efficiency standards and restrictions on certain refrigerants are stricter in Europe than in China: validate this when choosing, not afterwards.
