- How to choose
- Three figures to check: usable internal volume, climate class — a cabinet rated for a temperate room struggles in a kitchen that runs hotter — and the cooling system, ventilated or static. Ventilated evens out temperature; static dries unbagged products less.
- Integration
- A cabinet gives off heat: it needs air. Enclosing it without rear ventilation is the leading cause of breakdown and excess consumption. Allow clearance for full door opening and for removing shelves.
Common question — Ventilated or static?
Ventilated is more even and suits high-turnover kitchens. Static better protects products prone to drying out. The choice follows what you store, not just the temperature on the label.
