Racks & Trolleys
3 products
Racks, grids and trolleys are the supports that move production from one station to the next: proofing, baking, chilling, slicing. They decide whether a trolley can physically enter a chamber or an oven.

- How to choose
- The decisive criterion is format compatibility: runner pitch, tray dimensions, total height once loaded. A trolley that will not fit the proofing chamber immobilises production, whatever its build quality.
- Integration
- Choose these supports after measuring the entry dimensions of every piece of equipment they must pass through: chamber, oven, blast chiller. Doorway width is part of the sizing.
Common question — Do I need braked castors?
Yes, for any support that stays in place during work or is loaded while stationary. On a slightly sloped floor that is a safety question as much as a comfort one.
